Return & Refund Policy

dekody strives to provide the utmost customer service possible! 
We are proud of the product we carry and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we would be happy to assist you in returning your items for a refund or exchange.

  • Please contact dekody immediately to notify us of your desire to return or exchange your item.
  • You may return or exchange your purchase within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in the condition in which you received them, and in resellable condition.
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on any personalized and/or monogrammed items, special order and/or custom items, final sale items and items that have become damaged due to normal wear and tear.
  • Once your return arrives at our location, dekody will send you a confirmation email stating we have received your request. Upon receipt of return, we will begin the refund process. This process can take 5 to 10 business days to complete.
  • The original cost of shipping is not refundable. The cost of all return and exchange shipping is the customers responsibility.
  • Please send returns to:  5665 Bridgeman Rd, Sanborn, NY 14132, United States. Enclose a copy of the invoice that corresponds to the item you are returning.
  • All returns will be credited to the original purchasing method-NO EXCEPTIONS
In the event you receive your order and an item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt so we can replace the damaged product.
