Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us, we know you are eagerly awaiting your order! 

    • Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
    • Non-personalized, in-stock items will be processed and shipped within 3 business days of receiving your order.
    • Personalized, in-stock items will be processed and shipped within 10 business days of receiving your order, in order to make sure your customization is perfect in every way.
    • If for some reason an item in your order is not immediately available for processing, we will promptly notify you by email.
    • Pre-orders are paid in full at the time you place your order. These items will be shipped, as they become available, separate from any in-stock items placed in the same order. Pre-ordered items can be refunded only if the item has not yet been shipped. If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfill your pre-order, a refund will be issued.
    • We process and ship orders Monday through Saturday, not including Federal Holidays. We offer several different USPS shipping options to meet your personal needs.
    • Our standard shipping method is USPS First Class mail, delivered within 4-5 business days after the package leaves our facility.
    • If you need your order sooner, please let us know by selecting an expedited shipping method during checkout. Additional shipping rates apply for expedited shipping services.
    • Once your order has been shipped a confirmation email, and tracking number, will be sent to your order email address.
    • We currently do not ship outside of the US.
    In the event you receive your order and an item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt so we can replace the damaged product.
